TCGen

TCGen is a product development consultancy that helps companies increase product innovation and shorten time to market. Its work covers assessing a client's product development process, designing a custom framework based on best practices, embedding AI transformation into workflows, and developing product leadership. The firm works with companies of all sizes, from early-stage startups to large enterprises, and its principals bring C-level experience in product roles.

Engagements focus on product strategy, agile transformation and building lasting team capability rather than one-off fixes. TCGen also publishes a free insights blog, frameworks and a book on product development. Calls and inquiries go through the contact form or the company's email address, and the firm is based in Menlo Park.
