EM Energy & Air

EM Energy & Air is a family-owned contractor that focuses on the attic and crawl spaces of homes. Its main work is insulation, including attic and wall insulation, along with rodent exclusion, crawl space vapor barriers, and cleaning contaminated attics. It also installs furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and mini splits, and cleans and replaces air ducts.

Free inspections come with a written proposal and upfront pricing before any work starts, and most projects are finished within two weeks of approval, often in a single day. A 10% deposit holds a spot on the schedule, and final payment is due only after the customer is satisfied with the work. The owner speaks with customers personally, and the company is available seven days a week. Their service area covers Palo Alto, San Jose, Fremont, San Mateo, and nearby towns.
