Wildest Restaurant + Bar

Wildest is a farm-to-table restaurant and wine bar on El Paseo in Palm Desert, known for chef Trilby Tatro's menu of seasonal small plates, plant-forward dishes and seafood, along with caviar, Santa Barbara uni and pasta rolled in house. The menu includes vegan and gluten-free options, and the wine list is run by a sommelier who pours a lot of French and Rhône selections.
