Starlight Dance Center

Starlight Dance Center teaches ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary and musical theater to dancers from age 3 through adults, at beginning to advanced levels. Patty Williams, a former ballet dancer and musical theater performer, opened the studio in 1996. The studio is known for its stage work, including a Golf Cart Parade in October, The Nutcracker in December and an annual production in June.

Fall 2026 registration is open with classes starting September 8, and families book a registration appointment by phone. Group classes and private lessons are both available, and the studio also rents its space and runs workshops. The studio is in Palm Desert on El Paseo. Its affiliated Starlight Cares Foundation, founded in 2014, helps students who cannot afford dance tuition.
