SoCal Motorcars

SoCal Motorcars is a used car dealership in Palm Desert that has specialized in acquiring, consulting on and selling imported automobiles since 1978. The lot carries a rotating mix of used convertibles, coupes, sedans, SUVs, wagons and hatchbacks, with makes such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Volvo and Porsche showing up in recent inventory.

The dealership says every vehicle on the lot is one its owners would buy for themselves, and each visit is handled by an owner rather than a commissioned salesperson. Buyers can browse the showroom, use the site to pre-qualify for a loan or estimate payments, schedule a test drive, or sell their own car. Business hours are by appointment on weekdays, with weekends listed as any time. The shop is on Country Club Drive in Palm Desert.
