Premier Residential Services

Premier Residential Services is a property management company that looks after homes for owners who live elsewhere as well as year-round residents. Its home watch visits check for water leaks, HVAC problems, pest issues and security concerns, with each visit documented and owners notified of anything needing attention. Beyond monitoring, the team handles tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination and estate management for high-end properties, along with house cleaning and window washing.

The company is locally and minority-owned, and its staff work in both English and Spanish. Team members are fully bonded and insured, and the company is available around the clock for emergencies such as burst pipes or power outages. Service covers the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, as well as northern San Diego County.
