Management Trust

Management Trust is a property services firm that manages homeowner associations, rental properties, special districts such as sanitation and water districts, resorts, and builder and developer communities. The firm describes itself as the only 100% employee-owned property services firm in the country. Its community management work covers communications, financial services, bid support and vendor management for HOA boards.

Homeowners and tenants can submit payments and service requests through online portals. A messaging assistant called Text Trusty answers questions and takes work orders by text at any hour, though the contact page notes that it is not monitored for emergency work orders. For urgent damage to community or property, the firm asks people to call their local office. Regional offices cover several western states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Texas.
