iTrip Vacation Property Management Palm Desert

iTrip Palm Desert is a locally owned vacation rental management company and franchisee of the national iTrip brand. It handles short-term and seasonal rentals for property owners, covering dynamic pricing, guest bookings and communication, housekeeping, and in-house maintenance. Owners can also see a personalized revenue forecast and use an online portal for statements, bookings and calendars.

The team is available 24/7 for guests and owners, including after-hours emergencies. Maintenance staff work seven days a week on light repairs, and larger jobs go to a network of screened vendors. The office is at Town Center Way in Palm Desert, and the company is led by Boris Stark, who has more than 16 years in the short-term rental industry.
