Inclusive Pelvic Wellness

Inclusive Pelvic Wellness is a physical therapy practice focused on pelvic health and orthopedics. It treats pelvic floor problems such as bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and tailbone pain, along with back pain and sciatica, hip and knee pain. Services also include birth preparation, postpartum recovery, manual therapy and gender-affirming care.

Dr. Sarah Hare, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, is the only clinician, so each visit is a one-hour, one-on-one session with her from evaluation through discharge. No physician referral is needed because California allows direct access, and the practice is self-pay with no insurance billed. Prices are given in writing before the first visit. Appointments can be booked online or by phone at the clinic on El Paseo in Palm Desert, open Monday through Friday.
