Desert Properties Realtors

Desert Properties Realtors is a residential real estate brokerage serving the Coachella Valley and Greater Palm Springs area. The firm handles residential sales across all price ranges, and its owner, Marlene R. Ruttenberg, is a lifelong valley resident who came into the business as a receptionist in 1999.

Marlene spent years in escrow, working as a transaction coordinator and loan processor before becoming a REALTOR and opening her own brokerage. The office is at Country Club Drive in Palm Desert, and clients from across the valley, including Palm Springs, La Quinta, Indio and Rancho Mirage, are served from there.
