Intracoastal Construction

Intracoastal Construction is a custom home builder that designs and builds single family homes, including oceanfront, intracoastal and gated community homes. Clients can bring their own plans or choose from the company's existing house plans, and the builder handles design, permitting and completion. The company's principal builder, Robbie, is one of fewer than 20 Certified Master Builders in Florida.

The company says it builds primarily in Flagler County and has taken projects in St. Johns and Volusia Counties, with new work taken on a limited basis outside Flagler. Its office is at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in Palm Coast, and it has a showroom and office location there. Clients can request a quote or start from a plan online.
