Coastlantic Home Builders

Coastlantic Home Builders is a custom home builder that constructs new homes, either designed from scratch with the client or built from one of its existing floorplans. The company also helps buyers find a lot or acreage and build on it. Its president, Sam Crouch, has more than 20 years of building and developing homes in Florida, and vice president Denise Crouch leads the design work.

The builder works with clients through the full construction process, from initial design to the final walkthrough, and keeps them updated at each stage. New homes come with a peace of mind guarantee. Coastlantic serves Palm Coast and Flagler Beach, and its office is on New Leatherwood Drive in Palm Coast.
