PetCerts

PetCerts provides emotional support animal (ESA) and psychiatric service dog (PSD) letters for people who need documentation for housing accommodation requests. Each letter follows a clinical evaluation by a licensed mental health professional, and letters are issued only to people who qualify. The company offers a money-back guarantee if a licensed provider cannot approve the letter.

The process starts with a free, HIPAA-compliant screening that takes about two minutes. A clinician reviews the file, often the same day, and signed documents are delivered digitally through a private online portal. Letters are written to support reasonable accommodation requests under federal and state fair housing laws, though pet fee and policy rules vary by state and housing type. The company does not give legal advice.
