Dynamic Control & Automation designs and builds custom machines that automate manufacturing, packaging, and inspection work. Its equipment covers fastener installation, automated dispensing, robotic machine tending, robotic assembly, machine vision inspection, and assembly aids such as pick-to-light systems and fixturing. Each machine is tailored to the client's situation, and the company can supply fully automated, semi-automated, or non-automated equipment.

Projects start with a site visit and a rough order of magnitude estimate, followed by a proposal, a quotation, and a detailed user requirements specification. Clients review the design along the way, then attend a factory acceptance test at the company's facility before the machine is delivered and tested again on site. The company shares its building with Jacksonville Precision Manufacturing, which handles part of the fabrication work.
