Phillips Outdoor Services

Phillips Outdoor Services is a landscaping company that handles residential and commercial projects, from design and installation to ongoing maintenance. Its core work includes landscape construction such as patios, retaining walls and steps, outdoor structures like decks, pergolas and fences, and outdoor living features including fire pits and outdoor kitchens. The company also offers irrigation, outdoor lighting, synthetic grass and snow removal.

The company says it has served La Crosse-area homeowners for over 50 years and began as a local fencing company. Projects are usually started with a request for a quote or a phone call, followed by a consultation and a design plan that includes permitting. The office is on East 16 Frontage Road in Onalaska, and the company lists weekday hours with a limited warranty and a five-year workmanship warranty on its work.
