DBS Group

DBS Group is a commercial design-build contractor and construction manager that works with businesses across the Upper Midwest. Its work covers predevelopment, store planning, architecture, engineering, preconstruction and general construction, so one team can take a project from site selection through to completion. Clients include retail, grocery, restaurant, health care, office and multifamily builders.

Projects are run on a design-build model, with a single team handling design and construction together and offering cost comparisons during the design phase. Clients can work with the firm early on site selection and financing support. The company has offices in La Crosse, Rochester, Appleton, Des Moines and Minneapolis, and its headquarters is at 200 French Rd. in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
