Zen Coffee Co. is a coffee shop with several locations across Omaha and Lincoln, known for its coffee and toast flights. Each flight lets guests choose any four drinks or toasts from the menu, made to order and meant to be shared. The seasonal menu leans warm and nostalgic this fall, with pumpkin tiramisu, caramel apple butter and salted maple among the flavors, plus game-day drinks for Husker weekends at the Lincoln shop.

Kids can order a flight of four non-caffeinated picks like lemonades or steamers. Coffee flights can be made vegan, sugar-free or decaf, and toast flights offer gluten-free options and substitutions. To-go coffee flights come in 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes for drinking on the move. The Farnam Hill location is the flagship, and the company also takes orders ahead, sells gift cards and handles catering and rentals.
