Boys and Girls Clubs of Thurston County

Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County is a youth development nonprofit that serves kids and teens ages 5 to 18. Its clubs run after-school programs in art, sports, STEM and leadership, along with homework help and teen programs that build mentorship and real-life skills. The organization has operated since 2001 and serves nearly 1,900 young people in grades K through 12.

Before-school programs and summer day camps are offered at select locations. Nine club locations span Tumwater, Rochester, Lacey, Olympia, Tenino and Yelm, and the main office is in Olympia. Families can look up the nearest club, and the organization accepts gifts, sponsorships and volunteers. Caring adult mentors and tutors work with members on school success and healthy routines.
