THE KEMPINSKI CLINIC

The Kempinski Clinic combines functional medicine, brain optimization and chiropractic care, led by two doctors of chiropractic, Dr. Thomas Kempinski and Dr. Cynthia Kempinski. It is best known for Brain Camp, a 7-day intensive neurorehabilitation program built on the principles of neuroplasticity, and for The Kempinski Protocol, a one-on-one approach that looks into the causes of chronic symptoms such as brain fog and fatigue. Services also include neurofeedback, hyperbaric oxygen and a health spa that is open to the public.

Patients come from all over the world, seen both in person and virtually. New patients usually start with a free 15-minute video discovery call to see whether the care is a good fit, and Brain Camp requires one before booking because spots are limited. Weekday office hours run from 8:30 to 5, with weekend visits by appointment only. The clinic is in The Shops at Water's Edge Resort in Westbrook, a short walk from the water.
