Tiger Cho's Taekwondo teaches TaeKwonDo, a Korean martial art built on punches, blocks, chops and especially powerful kicks, including roundhouse, side and back kicks. Classes are offered for beginners, juniors, adults and advanced students, with an emphasis on self-defense and conditioning.
The school focuses on concentration, self-confidence, coordination and self-control, and teaches students to use force as a defensive tool rather than an aggressive one.
