The Omelette Factory

The Omelette Factory is a breakfast and lunch restaurant in Ogunquit, serving traditional breakfasts for 42 years. It is known for its omelettes, with 40 choices, along with corned beef hash, French toast, eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes. The menu also covers breakfast burritos, Belgian waffles, blueberry muffins and freshly ground coffee.

You can dine downstairs, upstairs or outside, and online orders can be picked up through the To-Go entrance. Parties and group gatherings can be booked, and the restaurant also sells local merchandise such as t-shirts and coffee cups. The shop is at 422 Main Street, and the restaurant is open seven days a week in the morning.
