Resolve Sports Therapy

Resolve Sports Therapy is a sports-focused massage and soft tissue practice led by Chris Donlon, a certified massage therapist and Active Release Techniques certified provider. Its core work is Active Release Techniques, along with instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Kinesio taping, myofascial cupping, compression therapy and corrective exercise. The practice is aimed at athletes and active people dealing with injuries and training strain.

Appointments are scheduled online, and the office keeps set weekday hours with shorter days on Mondays and Fridays. Chris started the practice after his own sports injuries led him to Active Release, so the focus stays on getting clients back to training and competing. The clinic is on South Coast Highway in Oceanside.
