CalTMS provides transcranial magnetic stimulation, an FDA-approved treatment that uses magnetic pulses to help treat depression. The practice also offers Spravato nasal esketamine and psychiatric medication management, and its psychiatrists work with nurse practitioners and therapists on personalized treatment plans. Dr. Ruchira Densert and Dr. Yashwant Chaudhri are among the clinicians, and the team includes staff who speak Spanish.

A free consultation is available by phone. Each TMS session takes about 20 minutes, and patients can drive themselves to and from appointments. Most treatment plans run 6 to 8 weeks and are typically covered by insurance for treatment-resistant depression. Clinics are in Oceanside, Santee, Chula Vista and Poway, and the practice has a Saturday and Sunday closure.
