DogSpot

DogSpot is a cage-free dog daycare, boarding and training facility in Oceanside, offering playgroups, overnight stays where dogs sleep in a communal setting unless an owner requests a kennel, and training in several formats including individual lessons and board and train programs. The owner is a certified canine behavior and training specialist who handles the obedience training herself. Dog grooming and retail items are also offered.

The facility is a 7,100 square foot, air-conditioned play area, and owners can watch temperament tests and their dogs through a large viewing window. Daycare and boarding reservations are required, though same-day bookings are sometimes possible. Boarding dogs must be dropped off before noon on the start date, and pit bulls and Staffordshire terriers, or mixes predominantly of either, are not accepted. The business is at Avenida De La Plata in Oceanside.
