We Love Small Jobs

We Love Small Jobs is a general contractor and handyman company that takes on residential and light commercial work, with a focus on projects under about 800 square feet. Its crew handles small to mid-sized bathroom and kitchen remodels, small room additions, ADU projects, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, and seasonal home maintenance.

The company works from a walk-through assessment followed by a written proposal, usually within three to five business days, and the proposal fee is deducted from the project cost if you hire them. Service calls are billed by the hour, and cleanup is included at no extra charge. Service areas include Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Orinda and San Leandro, and the company is licensed and insured.
