The Women's Vitality Center

The Women's Vitality Center is a membership-based practice offering naturopathic hormone care and health coaching for women+ dealing with hormonal issues. Its doctors focus on symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, period problems, hot flashes, low libido and brain fog, and aim to find underlying causes rather than only prescribing birth control or antidepressants. Care can include diet and lifestyle changes, herbs and supplements, and bioidentical hormones when appropriate, paired with individualized coaching.

Care is provided virtually to patients across California, and the practice's mailing address is in Oakland, with patients also drawn from Berkeley, Piedmont and Walnut Creek. The center also runs an online workshop on whether HRT is right for perimenopause and menopause, plus an on-demand version.
