Temple Tattoo Thirteen

Temple Tattoo 13 is a tattoo studio in Oakland that has been open since 1998, when founder Freddy Corbin opened the original shop. In 2025 the shop merged its two earlier locations into one larger space. Its crew of local artists works in many styles, from traditional and neo-traditional pieces to realism and blackwork, and takes on everything from small friendship tattoos to large custom backpieces. The shop also hosts visiting tattooers from out of town.

Appointments require a $60 deposit that counts toward the price of the tattoo. The deposit is not refundable, but the appointment can be moved with 24 hours' notice. Walk-ins are taken when artists are free, first come, first served. Artists can also be reached by email or Instagram to set up a consultation. The shop does not offer piercing.
