Summerall Law is an estate planning firm that prepares wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and special needs trusts for a flat fee. Its plans are aimed at mid-size estates and at households such as blended families, single parents and families with relatives abroad. Clients meet with an attorney to set their goals, then receive a complete plan summary to review and approve before signing.

Most clients finish in two to three weeks, with two to three hours of their own time, and billing is not hourly. Consultations are free, and the firm accepts most insurance, including legal insurance plans from ARAG, MetLife and LegalEASE/LegalACCESS. Signing appointments take place at offices in the Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego and Stockton.
