Root and Stem

Root and Stem offers private acupuncture at clinics in Oakland and Nevada City. The practice is built around the idea that the body can heal itself when it gets the right support, and sessions aim to help people feel their best.

Every visit is private and by appointment only, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. The Oakland clinic is on Grand Avenue in the Grand Lake neighborhood and is open Tuesday through Saturday. The Nevada City clinic is inside The Healing Hive Collective in the 7 Hills District and is open Tuesday through Friday. Each location has its own phone line, so callers can reach the office nearest them.
