Fees follow a sliding scale, with follow-up visits listed at $20 to $40 and first-time appointments at a flat $45, paid when booking. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a fee. The Grand Avenue clinic is the location currently open, and there are stairs to reach it.
