Tacos 203 is a taco stand inside the New Haven Bound Train Station in Norwalk, serving tacos on corn tortillas with cilantro, onions and non-spicy salsas. Fillings include al pastor, chorizo, cactus, buche (pork tripe) and birria, which is slow-cooked brisket with Mexican spices.
