Raul’s Maya Del Sol Kitchen

Raul's Maya Del Sol Kitchen is a communal chef's dinner built around a five-course traditional Mexican menu from Chef Raul Sanchez. The menu is chosen by the chef and changes often, so each seating is planned in advance and built from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Guests share a table and the evening is meant for gathering and conversation.

Dinner seatings are by reservation only because seating is limited, and a credit card is needed to hold a spot. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals after the first course is served may have to reschedule. A small vegetarian menu is available on request, but vegan meals and most dietary changes aren't offered, so guests with serious nut or shellfish allergies should mention them when booking. Lunch and brunch are also served on set days without reservations.
