LoLA Low Country Louisiana Seafood Kitchen serves Cajun pub fare with a Low Country twist, built around fresh oysters, crawfish, gumbo and overstuffed po boys. Jambalaya and shrimp and crawfish etouffee are also on the menu. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday with discounts on food and drinks.

The restaurant began as a food truck in 2010 and opened its brick-and-mortar space in 2016, and the truck still works North Charleston and takes catering jobs. Meals can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio, which welcomes pets, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Parties of six or more have gratuity added to the check, and parties of 15 or more need a deposit to book. Gift cards are available.
