Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall

Fiala Brothers is a brewpub in Uptown Normal that brews its own beer, including a Farmhouse Ale that is the brewer's signature. The kitchen keeps a focused menu of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and sides made largely from scratch, with an emphasis on local and regional ingredients. Alongside its own beers, the bar pours all the other local breweries on 24 taps, plus regional and out-of-state favorites and an assortment of bourbon and whiskey.
