Triumph Building Group

Triumph Building Group is a custom home builder serving Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. The company covers the whole path to a new home, from finding a homesite or property and designing the house to managing construction and selling a current home. Its two co-founders, Brad Bauernshub and Chris Pinto, bring decades of home building, finance and operations experience. Past communities include Estates at Big Oak in Yardley and Meadow Creek Estates in Doylestown Township, and several of those are sold out.

Buyers can work with the in-house real estate brokerage to look for available properties, including some that are not listed in the MLS. The company also handles tear-downs and rebuilds of existing homes. A project starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be booked through the website or by phone. The office is in Newtown.
