Pereira Construction

Pereira Construction builds custom homes and manages construction for both residential and commercial projects. Its custom homebuilding pairs experienced architects with old world craftsmanship, while its renovation work ranges from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full house renovations and additions.

Thomas Pereira owns the company, which he started in 2006 and runs from its office in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Past clients describe the crew as clean and courteous and credit the team with help picking out products and working through designs. The company also assists homeowners with determining property value, making offers and renovating homes.
