Dogs On The Run HQ

Dogs On The Run is a boutique pet care concierge founded in 2003 that personally matches families with vetted pet care professionals. Rather than working as an open marketplace, the company focuses on relationships and continuity, with a concierge team that keeps care in place even when plans change. It also runs dog training classes and workshops.

Clients manage bookings through an app where they can message professionals, view invoices, update pet profiles and handle reservations, but a staff member stays involved behind each booking. The company works only in a defined list of cities, mostly in California, so it's worth confirming your city before reaching out. Spanish is spoken on the team, and the business is a certified woman-owned small business led by founder April M. Henley.
