Guaranteed Auto Service

Guaranteed Auto Service is a family-owned auto repair shop that has been working on cars in Newport News since 1981. Its ASE-certified mechanics service both import and domestic vehicles, from everyday cars to luxury sports cars and diesel pickups, with modern diagnostic equipment and eco-friendly products. The shop also offers Virginia state inspections and speedometer calibration.

The shop is a NAPA Auto Care Center, so most repairs carry a nationwide 24-month, 24,000-mile warranty on qualifying parts and labor. Customers can use loaner cars for major repairs when available, a 24-hour key drop, and towing and shuttle help. The shop is on Warwick Boulevard near CNU and the Newport News Shipyard, and it serves surrounding Hampton Roads communities.
