LSU New Orleans

LSU New Orleans is a university offering undergraduate and graduate programs through its colleges of liberal arts and education, business administration, sciences, and engineering, plus an interdisciplinary studies school. Students can also take online degree programs, certificates, and professional continuing education courses, and the university runs research, study abroad, and athletics programs.

Campus health visits are paused while the university works with a local healthcare provider to bring wellness visits back, with a return expected around February 2026. Counseling is open to LSU New Orleans students by phone appointment and free of charge, and Student Affairs in the University Center helps with medical costs and transportation to appointments. The campus is on Allen Toussaint Boulevard in New Orleans, and the university lists Ochsner Health Center Lake Terrace for interim medical care.
