Namaste Massage & Wellness

Namaste Massage & Wellness is the practice of Allison Medford, LMT, who brings 12 years of bodywork experience to each session. Her menu centers on Swedish and therapeutic massage, adjustable from light to firm pressure, along with hot stone massage, cupping and scraping therapy, reiki, and lymphatic massage aimed at reducing swelling. Many sessions combine several modalities, and she often works therapeutic stretches into the treatment.

All massages are by appointment only, so book ahead. Allison is a graduate of Phoenix Massage School in Houston, holds a Texas license, and has a yoga certification that shapes her view of the link between body and mind. CBD massage and reflexology are available as add-ons for stress relief and pain. The studio is in New Braunfels, and clients are told to look for the neon green door.
