Extreme Martial Arts

Extreme Martial Arts teaches Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing for kids and adults, with kids jiu jitsu and kids kickboxing classes for students as young as three. Its adult options include fitness kickboxing and a members open mat for open-ended training and sparring. The school also runs Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact fitness program for people with Parkinson's disease.

Classes are open to all experience levels, and the school offers homeschool martial arts along with summer and school break camps. Students often mention the friendly instructors and the supportive, family-friendly atmosphere. The studio is in New Braunfels, and newcomers can reach the team by phone or through the website's request form to ask about classes.
