AMPlify Movement

AMPlify Movement is a gym built around calisthenics, strength training, flexibility and acrobatic movement, with classes that include aerial silks and aerial hoop (Lyra). Classes are grouped for kids ages 6 to 8, 9 to 12 and 13 to 15, and adult classes start at age 16. Beginners are welcome, and the studio also hosts birthday parties, bachelorette parties, staff events and team-building sessions.

Membership runs on class credits that can be used on your own schedule, with quarterly, month-to-month and drop-in options. Classes have levels with prerequisite skills, and visiting students with aerial experience can send video for coach evaluation. Open gym and open studio time is available when no class is booking the space, so calling ahead to check availability is a good idea. The studio is at Wald Road in New Braunfels.
