Naturopathic health coaching and whole body wellness programs1066 American Drive, Suite 3, Neenah, WI
Aayus Holistic Health Services offers naturopathic health coaching, nutrition coaching and whole body fitness programs built around each client's own goals. Megan Normansell and Jamie Sillas, both certified holistic health practitioners, work one on one, using bio-individualized plans with targeted supplements and herbs rather than strict diet rules. The practice also teaches wild edibles and wild medicine foraging classes and sells handmade herbal products made from locally wild-harvested plants.
New clients can book a free consultation to talk through their goals and concerns before choosing a program. Changes are gradual and flexible, meant to last well beyond a short diet. Wellness programs are offered for all ages, and the practice is MAMI mushroom expert certified.
