A Healing Place

A Healing Place is a counseling practice that focuses on mindfulness, positive psychology, and therapy for people with trauma histories, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The practice works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from age 4 and up, with the goal of helping clients not just survive but thrive. Owner and founder Lisa Anderson started it to bring together a long career in human services under one roof.

The practice has a Neenah office on North Commercial Street downtown and a second location in Kenosha. Therapy, training, and consulting are offered, and the practice welcomes LGBTQ+ clients and allies, with counselors available to talk through identity questions or to help someone support a loved one.
