Empty Hand Combat

Empty Hand Combat is a martial arts school in Nampa offering Kung Fu and Muay Thai kickboxing for children, teens, adults and families. Its youngest students start in preschool classes for ages 3 to 4, and programs are split by age, with separate kids, youth, teen and adult sessions. Classes focus on self-defense alongside focus, discipline and respect, and the school also runs summer camps, winter and spring break camps, an after-school program and birthday parties.

Family classes let parents and kids train side by side, and beginners are welcome in every program. Prospective students can request information or sign up through the website. The school is at 1124 1st St S in Nampa, and it has been family-owned since it opened in 2009.
