Shannons Bodywork Mobile Spa

Shannon's Bodywork Mobile Spa is a mobile massage and bodywork service run by Shannon Long, a certified massage therapist. Treatments include sports deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, infrared light therapy, Tuina, and prenatal massage, along with post-operative care and lymphatic drainage after surgery.

The therapists come to your home, so there is no spa to visit and the sessions take place in your own space. Appointments are booked by calling or texting the business, and the listed hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Shannon Long graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2021 and describes her approach as holistic, covering both physical and mental wellbeing.
