Body In Hand Massage & Bodywork

Body In Hand Massage & Bodywork is a one-person massage practice run by Erika Cocco, a CAMTC-certified massage therapist and ABMP member. Sessions include deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone (including a signature La Stone session), prenatal, sports massage, cupping, and lymphatic drainage, and the work is customized to each person's pressure preference and areas of tension. Erika is known for starting every visit with a conversation about what hurts and what feels right.

Appointments are required, and all sessions take place at the Murrieta studio; the practice does not offer mobile, on-site or walk-in massage. Online booking is available, and phone calls can sometimes fit in a time the calendar does not show, especially on weekends. The studio is on Jefferson Avenue in Murrieta, and the practice also serves Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Temecula and Wildomar.
