Graceview Health

Graceview Health is an outpatient opioid treatment program that uses Suboxone and other medications such as Suboxone alongside counseling for people living with substance use disorder. Its physicians, described as board certified addiction specialists, build individual recovery plans after a comprehensive assessment with both physicians and therapists. The practice was formerly known as ACT Wellness and took the Graceview Health name while keeping its providers and location.

Appointments are scheduled for outpatient treatment and counseling, and telehealth is available. Individual counseling and recovery support are offered to all patients at no extra cost, including referrals for jobs, housing, transportation and childcare. The office is in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the practice says it serves Murfreesboro and surrounding counties.
