Amethyst Mental Health & Wellness is a mental health practice offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, brief psychotherapy and wellness coaching. The practice accepts a list of commercial insurance plans but not Medicaid, Medicare, TennCare or EAP programs, and self-pay rates are $280 for new patient evaluations and $150 for follow-ups. The office is at Dow Street in Murfreesboro, and the practice does not offer emergency psychiatric services.
