Ackermann Electric Company

Ackermann Electric Company has provided residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work in Mount Vernon since 1950. Its electricians handle new service, remodels, electrical design, and industrial control panels, and the company has built a reputation for prompt arrival times and quick service. Customers have praised panel upgrades and below-ground electrical work in their reviews.

The company runs a small shop, which lets the owners work closely with each customer. Emergency electrical calls are answered around the clock, and the office is on Railroad Avenue. Owners Evan and Ackermann's wife also write a regular electrical safety column, covering topics like GFCI and AFCI testing, surge protection, and generator backup systems.
